Not really. Our tutors are qualified to assist students through High School, College and selected units in the University level mathematics. However, our tutors can also help grade 6, 7 and 8 students on request.
To inspire a lifelong love for mathematics in our students, and give them the confidence to be able to tackle science in creative and successful ways. We believe in a professionalism that motivates students and pushes them to their best. Quality in all aspects of services – tutoring and administrative – takes precedence above all else.
The amount of lessons you choose to do weekly is completely dependent on you and your needs and means. Well conventionally it is agreed upon that extra curricula be done at least three times a week, even if you only attend one lesson you will be doing yourself a great favour.
The lessons range from 30 minutes long to 2 hours long lessons. This will depend on what you have chosen to schedule.
Registration is free and it’s easy. Log onto our website and register here.
The aim of the lessons is to be as interactive and personal as possible. Lessons are conducted over online whiteboards with audios supports. Our tutors have digital writing tablets to help them display the writings well on the boards. During the lessons, you are allowed to ask any relevant questions regarding the lesson.
You can use any device to log onto our sign up page that has options for forgotten login details. An email will be sent to your email address asking you to reset your password. If all these turn futile, you may contact us by signing a form on this page.

It is preferred that lessons are scheduled with the tutors, however you are also free to come online at any time seeking an available tutor that will then be assigned to you as soon as possible.
Absolutely. The lessons are online Internet based, allowing students from any and every location to register with us. Lessons are primarily conducted in English, as this is the universal language for science. Our tutors are professional and mindful of your culture, treating all students with respect and dignity.
If you are unable to attend a lesson you have to let your tutor know at least three hours before time, and from there the appointment can be rescheduled to a time more convenient for you. If you do not let your tutor know, you will unfortunately forfeit the 10% fees for the missed lesson and will have to book a new appointment with your tutor for the remaining 90%.
We have a help email firstname.lastname@example.org that you may contact at any hour, for all your admin and educational needs. You may also access the customer care service directly using the chat system.
Yes. It is encouraged to have a specific tutor to lead you through a given topic. At the end of the topic, you may choose a different one. We encourage this for continuity purposes and also to have a mix of experiences.
30 minutes. One can schedule 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1 hour and 30 minutes and 2 hours’ lesson. The maximum number of hours than a student can have a day is 3 hours, however, this is only for a rare cases. We recommend a maximum of 2 hours a day. No more than that. We encourage a 5 min break after every hour.
We understand that for students to excel, more than one lesson a week is often required, and to make this possible we keep our fees affordable and competitive. We also have convenient payment plans and methods, and discounted rates for booking 10 or more sessions. You may find price plans here.
Firstly, make sure that you are registered, which you can do here, and make sure that you have your profile set up. Once this is accomplished, you will be assigned a tutor. To schedule an appointment, go to the home page and click a blue button at the bottom written contact.

No. As you will see from the above, your fees from a missed lesson can carry over to your next lesson – which you will have to book – but only if you have let your tutor know that you are unable to attend. If you do not know let your tutor know and go missing with no communication for a week, 85% of the amount paid will be sent back to your account. The 5% will cater for the transaction fees.
students are not satisfied with their allocated tutor. However, to ensure client satisfaction, you are able (required) to rate your tutor on varying aspects after every session. This is a quick and efficient process that will not take longer than a few minutes. If you consistently rate your tutor with low scores you can send through your concerns to the help email address email@example.com. Your tutor’s performance will be reviewed, and a new tutor allocated to you.
The short answer is no. For our sessions to be maximized in how they are conducted, and for the student to see the greatest results, lessons are conducted one on one. This ensures that the pace and level of the lesson – as well as the exercises given – are customised to the student’s specific needs.
Helping you with homework, assignments and exam are against the ethic of education. However, the tutors can help you revise for an examination by revising with you a number of questions and giving you tips to handle the exams ahead.
Secondly, your tutor can only guide you on how to solve your classwork, homework and assignment. He/she will revise concepts and questions that makes you understand what the homework or assignments tests but will not attempt any question in your assignment or homework.
For now, we use PayPal only. We will update you when other payment methods are included. The payment method is safe and your details are safe and secure.
All students need an account to book a tutor. The good news is that registering for your account is free. Once you have opened your free account you will be able to schedule all your sessions, and it is only then that you will make the payment.
We do our very best to ensure that tutors are available at times that are convenient for all our students from various time zones. If however a tutor is not immediately available, you can leave the details of the times for which you are available, and an alert will be sent to you when a tutor is online and ready to assist you.
You are able to see your schedule under your profile. Here you can check a calendar to confirm which days and at what times you have lessons booked. You can also reschedule your lessons from there, though there is a waiting period to confirm if the changed dates and times are convenient for the tutor as well. You can set alerts to send email notifications of confirmed times and reminders for your lessons too.
You will be informed ahead of time if your tutor is unable to attend your session. From there, you may decide if you would like to reschedule the appointment with your tutor, or if you would prefer a different tutor to step in for that day’s lesson (if this option is not always feasible, as the other tutor’s may already have their own scheduled lessons). Your funds will go to whichever option you choose.
You may do this in your profile, under your scheduled sessions. Remember to always cancel or reschedule your lesson ahead of time, to avoid forfeiting the 10% fees that you have paid.
No, this is not allowed and may lead to suspension of your account. If a tutor asks you to share your contact information, please do not as it is against our terms of service. Such tutors may be dismissed.
You may visit our customer care page or send through an email to the help email address. A technician will be able to respond to you as soon as possible, to rectify any problems you may be experiencing.
Should either you or your tutor experience technical problems that cause the session to be disrupted and stopped, the remainder of the lesson will be rescheduled and no fees charged. Please note that it will not be a full lesson, only as long as what was remaining from the disrupted lesson.
We deal with high school mathematics and some college mathematics topics. You can find the details on the home page.
